The W. Paul Cole, Jr. College of Business at Bluefield State University offers a variety of baccalaureate degree programs, including Business Administration and Health Services Management. The Cole College of Business is housed in an ultra-modern facility with state-of-the-art technology. All eight of the classrooms in the building are electronic and are equipped for live broadcasting of class sessions via the internet, with full lecture capture of many classes. This provides distance learning students with an educational experience equivalent to that offered in the traditional classroom.
The Cole College of Business takes tremendous pride in the fact that its baccalaureate Business Administration programs are accredited nationally by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), the premier accrediting agency for business schools focused on teaching excellence. The Cole College of Business was the third business school in West Virginia to receive national accreditation, following West Virginia University and Marshall University. Note: Business Administration students must complete all Business Core, Major and Minor courses with a grade of “C” or better.
Note : Business Administration students are required to take the inbound and outbound program Peregrine test.
