• Define organizational behavior, workforce diversity and describe it implication for organizations, explain job design and distinguish between the job design techniques of job enlargement, enrichment, and rotation; discuss job satisfaction, and how it can be measured, and key factors influencing perception.
• Identify critical events that were significant in the historical development of the American labor movement, and various key provisions of American labor law, discuss how unions are officially organized, and various dispute resolution processes, with particular attention to mediation and arbitration, identify and discuss key bargaining strategies used by both labor and management.
