MBA Specialization (Project Management)

The Master of Business Administration Project Management specialization is a 9-credit hour specialization that will provide students with the benefit of a deepened knowledge in the field of Project Management.   This specialization will focus on the essential activities of Project Management that include: planning, implementation and scheduling to project control, closure and termination as well as provide a generic approach and perspective to the project management process.

The specialization is structured to meet the growing need in various business settings, local, state and federal government settings and others.
