An introductory course in the basic concepts of land development and site design; topics include site planning & analysis, feasibility studies, earthwork/grading, subdivision & parking layouts, erosion and sediment control, zoning, permitting, stormwater control, regulations and environmental constraints involved with sitework. 

Prerequisite(s): CIET 305 or Permission of Instructor.
