This course studies basic principles, marketing strategies, and financial concepts in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Emphases are placed upon examining the role of marketing in creating and delivering the value proposition and how marketing fits into an organizational structure. Students are provided with practical knowledge of essential concepts, techniques, and technologies professionals use to understand and administer organizations’ finances. Sound decision-making is emphasized in applying those concepts, techniques, and technologies for effective organizational leadership.
