This course will examine leaders’ lives, representations, or portrayals by reading works from various literary genres (e.g., essays, novels, novellas, plays (tragedy or comedy), short stories, poetry, and viewing films. Students will practice decision-making by assessing the leadership in the literary work(s) and film according to leadership theories, ethics, and their definitions of leadership.
