BOLD 306 - Organizational Leadership Ethics

The course focuses on the ethical challenges and issues of organizational leaders of all levels. Students examine organizational ethics policies/codes and their effects on an organization’s ethics culture. A model for ethical decision-making is presented in various exercises and case studies. Case studies and case analyses are also created by students through which they address actual ethical situations from their experiences in organizations.
