This course examines major current theories of leadership. BOLD emphasizes the responsibility of leading change, morale building and motivation, and personality self-assessment to improve leadership. Students will learn how leadership methodologies and practical experience intertwine to create efficacious leadership practices. Understanding how these effects are applicable in the real world provides students with information to develop purposeful personal approaches to their leadership approaches.
