This course teaches students how to become effective communicators and negotiators in organizational settings. Students will examine and discuss communication theories to understand communication dynamics and negotiation processes. Students apply these concepts to develop writing composition, presentation, and negotiation skills. A significant course assignment is developing a slide presentation using the appropriate presentation management technology that leaders typically perform in organizations.
