The course is an advanced technology course combining hands-on practical exercises, interactive tutorials discussions, and is a micro-credential course that prepares students with the essential skills and knowledge required to master powerful productivity tools commonly used in a professional business setting. The micro-credential is a competency-based recognition and students receive a digital certificate and or badge that verifies their proficiency in Business Technology I and can be shared on online portfolios, and resumes. Topics include producing business documents such as letters, memo, reports, brochures, reports, electronic file management, and formatting, Students will also learn how to design and deliver effective presentations with the use of digital technology.
