This freshman experience course is designed to equip students with essential life skills that foster personal, academic, and professional success. Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world applications, students will explore key topics such as social-emotional intelligence, respect for diversity, and mental health and wellness. The course also emphasizes the importance of adaptability, initiative, and teamwork in both academic and workplace settings. Additionally, students will develop critical problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and foundational financial literacy to support responsible decision-making.
