Students are provided with a basic understanding of policies and practices in personnel administration in organizations, such as job analysis, selection of employees, placement, training, compensation and benefits, employee services, and labor relations. In addition, emphasis is placed on human resources’ role in an organization’s strategic planning and implementation process.
