BOLD 300 - Perspectives on Leadership

This course exposes participants to various viewpoints on leadership concepts. Students will examine the differences between leadership and management, why leadership is an art, the traits of a leader, the motivations that drive leadership, and the substantial aspects of creativity and change. Assignments for this course include developing a personal definition of leadership that integrates the aspects of the course contents and a creativity/change audit of an organization.
